ShelbySpin Neosurf Prepaid Guide
Using prepaid vouchers like Neosurf is a popular and secure way to manage your online casino spending. This guide provides a practical, step-by-step walkthrough for using Neosurf at ShelbySpin casino, covering everything from purchase to potential troubleshooting.
What is Neosurf and Why Use It at ShelbySpin?
Neosurf is a prepaid payment method that allows you to make online purchases without sharing your bank or card details. You buy a voucher with a unique 10-digit PIN from a physical retail location, which you then use to deposit funds. For players at ShelbySpin, this offers enhanced privacy and security, as no financial information is transmitted online. It also helps with budgeting, as you can only spend the amount loaded onto the voucher. Transactions are typically processed instantly, allowing you to start playing without delay.
Step-by-Step: How to Deposit with Neosurf
Follow these clear instructions to fund your account using a Neosurf voucher.
- Log into your ShelbySpin account and navigate to the cashier or deposit section.
- From the list of available payment methods, select ‘Neosurf’.
- Enter the desired deposit amount. Note that Neosurf vouchers come in specific denominations (e.g., €10, €25, €50).
- You will be prompted to enter the 10-digit PIN code from your voucher. Type it carefully.
- Confirm the transaction. The funds should be credited to your ShelbySpin account balance immediately.
Remember, the minimum deposit to qualify for any ShelbySpin bonus is usually €10, which aligns with the smallest Neosurf voucher.
Understanding Bonus Eligibility and Wagering
Depositing with Neosurf makes you eligible for the standard welcome package and ongoing promotions. However, it’s crucial to understand the terms attached to any bonus credit. If you use a ShelbySpin promo code during your Neosurf deposit, the bonus funds will be added to your account. These funds and any winnings from them are subject to wagering requirements, often ranging from 35x to 40x the bonus amount. This means you must bet the total a certain number of times before withdrawing. Note that while a ShelbySpin no deposit offer is rare, it would not require a Neosurf deposit. Similarly, ShelbySpin free spins awarded from a deposit will also be tied to these wagering rules. Always check the promotion’s specific terms and conditions.

Withdrawing Your Winnings
A key point to remember is that Neosurf is a deposit-only method. You cannot withdraw your winnings back to a Neosurf voucher. After meeting any wagering requirements, you must request a withdrawal through an alternative method offered by ShelbySpin casino, such as a bank transfer or a different e-wallet. The casino will require you to verify your identity through a process known as KYC (Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal. This usually involves submitting a copy of your ID, proof of address, and sometimes a copy of your Neosurf purchase receipt.
Troubleshooting Common Neosurf Issues
While generally reliable, you might occasionally encounter a problem. Here are the most common issues and their solutions.
- Invalid PIN: Double-check you have entered all 10 digits correctly. If it still fails, contact Neosurf customer support with your receipt.
- Voucher Already Used: Each PIN is single-use. If you see this error, ensure you haven’t already used the voucher elsewhere.
- Deposit Not Appearing: Although deposits are instant, occasionally there can be a delay. First, refresh your browser. If the funds are still not there, contact ShelbySpin support with your transaction details.
- Country Restrictions: Neosurf is not available in all countries. Ensure you are trying to deposit from a supported region.
For a seamless experience, always keep your purchase receipt until the funds are successfully in your account and any playthrough is complete. If you need direct assistance, you can find the official support for ShelbySpin on their website.
